I mean, I ain’t goin’ lie, the memes are funny, but I think it’s wrong for people to treat the album like musical TMZ. That’s not what it’s really about. It’s making a journey though pain to find restoration, celebrating not only Bey’s journey to the restoration of her and Jay’s marriage, but the journey that every Black woman has to make to find healing, after whatever terrible situation they’ve faced.
